Free Stitching Policy

Thank you for choosing Libayah for your stitching needs. We are pleased to offer complimentary stitching and take pride in delivering premium Pakistani tailoring with careful attention to style, fit and quality.

Our standard stitching service is designed to closely follow the design shown on the product page. However, please note that minor differences may occur between the original designer's photographed/displayed outfit and the final stitched garment.

Standard Stitching Guidelines

Shirts: Shirts will be stitched to closely match the design displayed on the Libayah website.
Pants: Pants will be stitched according to the design shown in the product images.
Sleeves: Sleeves are included with stitched outfits for modesty and appropriate coverage. Where the original design is sleeveless, we may adapt the design by adding suitable sleeves.
Modesty Adjustments: For certain designs, we may make reasonable adjustments to ensure appropriate coverage. Low-back, backless, drop-shoulder, or revealing designs may be modified to a regular back, standard shoulder, or covered style.
Lining: For chiffon, net, or other transparent sleeves, lining may be attached inside the shirt or provided separately where appropriate.
Dupattas: Dupattas will be finished with high-quality silk edges or in accordance with the reference design.
Coverage: Where required, discreet lining or underlining may be added to provide appropriate coverage around the stomach, shoulders, and back. We do not stitch deliberately revealing styles.
Embellishments: Embellishments will be applied as closely as possible to the original design. Please note that certain accessories or embellishment materials may occasionally be unavailable in the market, in which case a suitable alternative may be used.
Fabric: The fabric used for stitching is selected and handled to preserve the appearance, lustre, and overall quality of the garment.

Customization & Alterations

Complimentary stitching includes standard stitching according to the product design and the measurements/instructions provided by the customer.

Minor sizing adjustments may be accommodated where possible. However:

Colour changes are not included.
Significant design modifications are not included in complimentary stitching.
Any customer-requested alteration or customization that differs from our standard stitching instructions will be completed according to the customer's instructions.
Garments that have been individually customized or altered at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly stitched by Libayah.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear customization instructions. Libayah cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate measurements or incorrect customer-provided instructions.
