At Libayah, we primarily offer standard shipping for all orders. However, in certain cases, express shipping may be required to ensure timely delivery. If our customer support team advises express shipping to meet your event date, we kindly request that you follow their guidance. Otherwise, standard shipping is suitable if your timeline is flexible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the region of your package. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your purchase.

Processing Time

As many of our orders are placed for special occasions such as weddings and events, processing times vary depending on the complexity of the outfit and order volume.

Ready-to-Wear (Pret):
- Minimum shipping time: 12 days
- Handling time: 7–8 working days
- Transit time: 3–4 working days
Express Delivery also Available (All Countries):
- - Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
  - Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
International Orders (USA & Other Countries):
- Minimum shipping time: 17 days
- Handling time: 7–8 working days
- Transit time: 10–12 working days

Delivery Time

Final delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method, destination country, and external factors such as customs inspections or unforeseen delays (e.g., natural disruptions). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

International Shipping

Libayah offers international shipping to multiple countries. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details regarding these charges.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and instructions to track your package.
